It’s been a tough week, and I’m just going to go ahead and blame that for my absentmindedness. Cause, you know, let me just tell you all about the wonderful yarn I got and thenĀ not show you a picture. Gees, it’s like I’ve never done this blogging thing before. Well, without further ado, the new additions to my stash -
Now, again, that’s Jill Draper Makes Stuff on the left, and Neighborhood Fiber Co. on the right. And do you see my pimped out Wandering Wool bag? I’ve had some pins hanging around for a while now, and I’ve used the tote for all of my yarn travelling needs since October, but it wasn’t until Maria of Subway Knits gave me her pin that I realized what needed to happen.
And now for some bonus shots from around Vogue Knitting Live!
The grand entrance into the marketplace.
A cute display at the Long Island Livestock Company booth (I bought some alpaca yarn there last year).
The Knitty City booth, complete with Sweet Georgia yarns, which I barely managed to escape without (all that color!).
Stunning jewelry from Cara Romano. I wish my budget had included a pair of those felted stud earrings.
The Habu Textiles booth, with their stainless steel wool below, and a touchably soft scarf above (cashmere?).
Maybe the yarn fumes are finally getting to my brain. Oh well.

Looks like you had a good time! And I love what you did with the Wandering Wool bag. Looks like it’s getting some good use (mine sure does).
