Rose’s Fingerless Mittens

Roses Fingerless Mitts
Rose’s Fingerless Mitts

These are inspired by Rose Tyler in the BBC series Doctor Who. In the last episode of the second season, she is wearing gorgeous purple fingerless mitts. I took the cable pattern from the gloves, and I think it turned out pretty well.

Hi there Dana. I’m a new member of Ravelry and I’ve just collected your glove pattern to use up a bit of homespun in a nice mid-brown that used to belong to a Jacobs ewe. Many thanks for your generousity in sharing the pattern. I’m thinking about using that cable on some matching socks as well – not that anyone is going to de-shoe me to check that my feet and hands match! (not unless they want a fist in the mouth, that is!)

    Kind regards. Pam
